About this policy
Buddling の案内ページ、先行テストの登録、およびアプリで扱う情報について説明します。運営者は A.Haruki です。アプリは開発中で、先行テストの開始日は決まっていません。
This policy describes information handled by the Buddling website, beta sign-up, and app. The operator is A.Haruki. The app is in development and no beta start date has been set.
先行テストの登録
Beta sign-ups
Googleフォームで、メールアドレス、試したい端末、連絡の言語、任意の自由記入を受け取ります。登録内容はGoogleフォームに保存し、先行テストの招待と連絡に使用します。先行テスト終了後30日以内に削除します。登録の取り消しや削除は [email protected] へご連絡ください。登録してもアプリはまだ使えません。
Google Forms collects your email address, preferred device, contact language, and an optional written response. We store these details in Google Forms and use them for beta invitations and related messages. We delete them within 30 days after the beta ends. To withdraw or request deletion, contact [email protected]. Signing up does not give you access yet.
端末内の保存と会話
On-device storage and chat
キャラクターの見た目と名前、あなたの呼び名、設定、会話履歴、記憶、メモ、買物リスト、タイマーの状態を端末内に保存します。会話の返事は端末内のAIで生成し、通常の会話本文を外部のAIサービスへ送信しません。iPhoneではウィジェットと必要なデータを共有します。記憶は端末内の検索用索引にも保存します。
The app stores character appearance and name, your preferred name, preferences, chat history, memories, notes, shopping lists, and timer state on your device. Regular chat replies are generated on-device; regular chat text is not sent to an external AI service. On iPhone, the app shares necessary data with its widget. Memories are also indexed for on-device search.

Photos
写真を見せるときは、あなたが選んだ1枚だけを読み込みます。写真ライブラリ全体は読みません。写真は端末内の画像認識（Vision）と端末内のAIにだけ渡し、外部のサーバーやAIサービスへは送りません。写真そのもの、読み取った文字、顔や人の検出結果は、アプリに保存しません。会話履歴には「写真を見せた」という文字だけが残り、写真は残りません。顔や人、連絡先などの個人情報が写っていそうな写真には、詳しく答えず、お礼だけを返します。文字をメモにするときは、読み取った文字を先に見せ、あなたが保存を選んだ内容だけをメモに保存します。
When you show a photo, the app reads only the one photo you choose, not your whole photo library. The photo goes only to on-device image recognition (Vision) and the on-device AI, and is never sent to an external server or AI service. The photo itself, the text read from it, and any detected faces or people are not saved by the app. Chat history keeps only a text note that you showed a photo, not the photo. If a photo seems to show a face, a person, or personal details such as contact information, the companion does not answer in detail and simply thanks you. When turning text into a note, the app shows the recognized text first and saves only what you choose to save.
保存期間と削除
Retention and deletion
会話履歴・記憶・メモ・買物リストには、一定期間で自動削除する期限を設けていません。不要になった内容はアプリ内で削除できます。会話履歴は会話ごとに削除でき、会話を削除しても別に保存した記憶やメモは残ります。記憶の削除では検索用索引も削除します。会話履歴は端末ごとに管理します。
Chat history, memories, notes, and shopping lists have no scheduled automatic expiry. You can delete unwanted items in the app. Deleting a conversation leaves separately saved memories and notes intact. Deleting a memory also removes its search entry. Chat history is managed separately on each device.
バックアップ
Backups
アプリから書き出すバックアップには、キャラクター、記憶、メモ、買物リスト、会話履歴が含まれます。保存先にクラウドストレージを選ぶ場合は、そのサービスにファイルが保存されます。アプリ内で内容を削除しても、書き出したファイルやOSのバックアップは削除されません。不要なバックアップは保存先で削除してください。
App-exported backups include the character, memories, notes, shopping lists, and chat history. If you choose a cloud storage destination, the file is stored by that service. In-app deletion does not delete exported files or OS backups. Delete unwanted backup copies at their storage destination.
iCloud同期
iCloud sync
MacとiPhoneの同期は準備中です。同期を利用する場合、キャラクター、呼び名、記憶、メモ、買物リスト、一部の設定、削除や競合の管理情報を、あなたのApple AccountのCloudKit非公開データベースへ保存します。会話履歴、マイク音声、位置情報、歩数、タイマーは、このアプリの同期対象に含みません。同期をオフにしても、すでにiCloudへ保存した情報は自動で削除されません。
Mac and iPhone sync is in preparation. When using sync, character data, your preferred name, memories, notes, shopping lists, selected preferences, and deletion and conflict metadata are stored in your Apple Account’s private CloudKit database. App-managed sync does not include chat history, microphone audio, location, steps, or timers. Turning sync off does not automatically delete existing iCloud data.
カレンダーとリマインダー
Calendars and reminders
許可した場合に、予定やリマインダーの題名・日時などを読み、依頼された登録・変更を行います。予定の題名が会話やウィジェットに表示される場合があります。権限やウィジェットの予定表示は設定で変更できます。カレンダーやリマインダーのiCloudなどへの同期は、端末のアカウント設定に従います。
With your permission, the app reads event and reminder details such as titles and dates and makes requested changes. Event titles may appear in chats and widgets. You can change permissions and widget event display in settings. Calendar and reminder sync follows your device’s account settings.
マイクと音声入力
Microphone and voice input
音声入力を使うときにマイクの許可を求めます。押して話す間、または呼びかけモードの待受中に音声を取得し、端末内で文字にします。音声を録音ファイルとして保存しません。認識に必要なデータを端末へダウンロードする場合があります。マイクの権限は端末の設定で変更できます。返事の読み上げは現在提供していません。
Voice input requests microphone permission. Audio is captured during push-to-talk or while listening in wake mode and transcribed on-device. The app does not save audio recording files. Speech recognition assets may be downloaded to your device. Microphone permissions can be changed in device settings. Spoken replies are not currently offered.
通知・歩数・天気
Notifications, steps, and weather
タイマー終了は、許可した場合に端末の通知で知らせます。通知は消音・集中モードなどの設定に従います。iPhoneで歩数機能を使う場合は、モーションとフィットネスの許可に基づき当日の歩数を読み、端末とウィジェットで利用します。天気機能を利用する場合は位置情報の許可を求め、現在地をAppleのWeatherKitへ送って天気を取得します。天気は表示用に端末へ保存します。
With permission, local notifications announce timer completion and follow silent and Focus settings. Step features on iPhone read today’s steps with Motion & Fitness permission and use them in the app and widget. When using weather features, the app requests location permission and sends the current location to Apple WeatherKit to retrieve weather. Weather information is cached on-device.
Mac連携とPCC
Mac integration and PCC
Mac連携は準備中です。利用する場合、同じMac上のエージェントから名前・状態・要約を受け取り、表示します。要約にはエージェントが扱った情報が含まれることがあります。外部エージェント自身のデータ処理は、そのサービスの設定に従います。Private Cloud Compute（PCC）を使う高度な会話は、現在提供していません。提供時には、Appleへ送信する情報と利用条件を別途案内します。
Mac integration is in preparation. When used, it receives and displays agent names, status, and summaries from agents on the same Mac. Summaries may include information handled by those agents. The agents’ own data processing follows their service settings. Advanced chat using Private Cloud Compute (PCC) is not currently offered. Data sent to Apple and the applicable conditions will be described before it is offered.
購入情報と診断情報
Purchases and diagnostics
アプリ内購入を利用する場合、購入と復元はApp Storeを通して行い、商品ID、有効期限、取消状態などから利用できる機能を確認します。処理の種類・識別子・所要時間・エラーなどの診断情報を端末内に保存します。診断ログを運営者へ自動送信しません。サポートに送る場合は、内容を確認してからお送りください。
When using in-app purchases, purchases and restoration go through the App Store. The app checks product IDs, expiry, and revocation status to determine available features. Diagnostic information such as event types, identifiers, timings, and errors is stored locally. Logs are not automatically sent to the operator. Review their contents before sending them to support.

Contact [email protected]. We use your email address and message to reply and resolve your inquiry. Once an inquiry is resolved, we delete information that is no longer needed for follow-up. Please omit private events, conversations, and other personal information unnecessary for your inquiry.
